There is only one thing we care more about than creating awesome products - and that is the health and well-being of our customers, employees, business partners - and of course, our four-legged friends. The global outbreak and spread of COVID-19 is affecting all of us - and it's important that we do what we can to help our team and the community at this time.

We've strictly adhered to the guidelines of the World Health Organization and local public health standards. We have put into place precautionary measures to ensure that we are protecting our staff and you during these unprecedented times. From washing and sanitizing their hands regularly - to wearing a mask and new gloves - to wiping down every single product in your order before we ship it out from our U.S. and Canada warehouses - we believe we're taking the appropriate and necessary precautions. We also have encouraged our staff to stay home if they are not well (for the full 14 days).
